You’re booking a service from an independent trip organizer, not an official festival service. We’ll help coordinate a three-day itinerary for young travelers, with clear logistics, meeting points, and time buffers.

Independent organizer disclosure

We are an independent trip organizer and not an official festival organizer. Tickets are not included in this trip fee. If you need entry tickets, you must arrange them separately unless a specific package clearly states otherwise.

What we coordinate: meeting-point plan, set-time strategy, travel buffers, and a day-by-day schedule.

We aim to keep logistics smooth, but we can’t control venue operations or ticket availability. The trip fee is for organizer coordination, not festival access.

    Category range: $140–$220
    Arrival + buffer time for check-in and getting to the meeting point.
    Line items typically include travel buffers, local transport, and a first-day meal plan.
  2. Day 2
    Category range: $160–$260
    Set-time strategy for popular sessions, with contingency slots.
    Line items typically include tickets only if your package says so, plus food, transit, and small in-festival extras.
  3. Day 3
    Category range: $120–$210
    Meeting-point plan + travel buffers for the return.
    Line items typically include final meals and departure costs, with the same travel time buffers.

What is not included

This is what we do not cover as part of the trip organizer package, so expectations stay clear and nobody buys the wrong thing.

We are an independent trip organizer and not an official festival. If a vendor or venue changes details, we will help you navigate next steps, but it is still subject to their policies.

Tickets & bookings

  • Festival tickets (unless a specific package explicitly says otherwise).
  • Lodging booking and transport booking, unless your package states responsibility.
  • Visa or entry requirements. Check official sources before you travel.
  • Any vendor fees, upgrades, or on-site add-ons that are outside the agreed itinerary.

On travel days

  • Door-to-door pickup. We use a meeting-point plan that assumes you can reach it on time.
  • Guaranteed schedule changes from festival organizers. We plan travel buffers and set-time strategy, but timings can shift.
  • Insurance coverage or medical services. Bring your own coverage if you need it.
  • Replacement costs for lost items or personal expenses.

Quick clarity example

If the venue sells out, your ticket purchase responsibility stays with you. If your travel times slip, our timeline keeps travel buffers in mind, but we cannot rewrite the festival’s published program.
