1. What we do

We are an independent trip organizer. We are not an official festival/venue/brand partner, operator, or representative of any event, venue, or brand. Any event or venue information shown on the website is for user reference only.

2. Eligibility and age

You must be able to enter into binding contracts under applicable law. If a booking requires a minimum age or specific eligibility, the relevant requirement will be shown before you place an order/request. By placing an order/request, you confirm you meet those requirements.

3. Booking/request and ordering

If you conclude a purchase by electronic communications, the order includes payment. Before you place the order, we provide required information about delivery and payment options as part of the ordering flow.

4. Pre-contract information

We provide pre-contract information necessary for your decision-making, including business identification and essential characteristics of services/products offered.

5. Delivery, payment, and confirmation

Service fulfillment and timelines depend on the specific itinerary/booking. Payment methods and any delivery/confirmation details are shown in the ordering flow. After confirmation, you will receive details relevant to your booking.

6. Cancellations and changes

Cancellation, rescheduling, and change options depend on the service and supplier policies. Where applicable, deadlines and applicable fees will be communicated before you confirm the order/request. You remain responsible for reviewing all terms shown during ordering.

We may refuse changes where they are impossible due to supplier deadlines, availability, or operational constraints.

7. Limitations of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages. We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by third parties, force majeure events, transportation disruptions, weather, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights where such limitation is prohibited by law.

8. Complaints and dispute resolution

You can submit complaints to us directly using the contact details below. If you have a consumer dispute, you may also use Ukraine’s e-customer portal procedures as available for consumers.

9. E-customer portal integration

Our online sales comply with requirements related to integration with the e-customer portal system, including identification/verification status and required labeling for compliant online selling, where applicable.

10. Personal data

We process personal data in accordance with applicable Ukrainian law. Where we use analytics/marketing and cookie-based technologies, we provide required information and ensure lawful bases for processing.
